Who We Are

Gramshree Agri Services Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering Agri-enterprise dedicated to empowering farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), rural youth, and women entrepreneurs through innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven Agricultural solutions. Founded with the vision of creating a prosperous and self-reliant rural ecosystem, Gramshree serves as a one-stop platform for education, technology, advisory services, and market access across the entire Agricultural value chain.

We are more than an agricultural service provider Gramshree is a movement dedicated to building resilient farming communities, empowering rural lives, and shaping the future of Agriculture in India.

OUR MISSION

“To create a future where every farmer has access to knowledge, technology, healthcare, and profitable markets — fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable Agricultural practices across rural India.”

Background & Problem Statement

India’s Agricultural sector supports over 600 million people, yet farmers especially small and marginal ones continue to face systemic challenges that limit productivity and income:

  • Lack of practical, hands-on vocational training in Agriculture and allied sectors

  • Limited access to modern Agri technologies such as precision farming, AI advisories, and IoT tools

  • Inadequate crop health, livestock health, and fisheries advisory services

  • Poor market connectivity and price realization due to weak value chain infrastructure

  • Low participation of rural youth and women in Agri-enterprises

Despite numerous government schemes, the gap between policy and on-ground implementation remains wide. There is a critical need for a convergent, CSR-funded, community-rooted model that integrates education, technology, health advisory, and market access into a single delivery system.

Project Objectives

  • Provide one-stop, integrated solutions to farmers and FPOs across the Agri-value chain

  • Build job-ready skills in Agriculture and allied sectors among rural youth and women

  • Improve farm productivity, household income, and resilience against climate risks

  • Promote sustainable, climate-smart, and technology-driven farming practices

  • Generate rural employment and support Agri-entrepreneurship at the community level

 The 4T Model- Project Components

B. Technology – Sustainable Agri Innovation

Technology adoption is central to transforming traditional farming into a productive, resilient, and market-connected enterprise. The project promotes:

  • Precision farming for data-driven crop management

  • AI-based advisory systems for real-time crop health, weather, and market intelligence

  • Drone deployment and IoT sensors for aerial spraying, soil sensing, and monitoring

  • Smart aquaculture systems with automated water quality and feed management

  • Digital platforms for FPOs and farmers to access inputs, services, and markets online

  • Climate-resilient and resource-efficient farming practices

C. Treatment- Scientific Advisory & Health Services

Preventive and curative advisory services are deployed to reduce crop and livestock losses, cutting a major source of farmer distress:

  • Crop advisory and integrated plant protection services

  • Animal and fish health services

  • Soil, water, feed, and nutrition management

  • Preventive care protocols to minimize economic losses
