Who We Are
Gramshree Agri Services Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering Agri-enterprise dedicated to empowering farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), rural youth, and women entrepreneurs through innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven Agricultural solutions. Founded with the vision of creating a prosperous and self-reliant rural ecosystem, Gramshree serves as a one-stop platform for education, technology, advisory services, and market access across the entire Agricultural value chain.
We are more than an agricultural service provider Gramshree is a movement dedicated to building resilient farming communities, empowering rural lives, and shaping the future of Agriculture in India.
OUR MISSION
“To create a future where every farmer has access to knowledge, technology, healthcare, and profitable markets — fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable Agricultural practices across rural India.”
Background & Problem Statement
India’s Agricultural sector supports over 600 million people, yet farmers especially small and marginal ones continue to face systemic challenges that limit productivity and income:
-
Lack of practical, hands-on vocational training in Agriculture and allied sectors
-
Limited access to modern Agri technologies such as precision farming, AI advisories, and IoT tools
-
Inadequate crop health, livestock health, and fisheries advisory services
-
Poor market connectivity and price realization due to weak value chain infrastructure
-
Low participation of rural youth and women in Agri-enterprises
Despite numerous government schemes, the gap between policy and on-ground implementation remains wide. There is a critical need for a convergent, CSR-funded, community-rooted model that integrates education, technology, health advisory, and market access into a single delivery system.
Project Objectives
-
Provide one-stop, integrated solutions to farmers and FPOs across the Agri-value chain
-
Build job-ready skills in Agriculture and allied sectors among rural youth and women
-
Improve farm productivity, household income, and resilience against climate risks
-
Promote sustainable, climate-smart, and technology-driven farming practices
-
Generate rural employment and support Agri-entrepreneurship at the community level
